Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager (BDM) located in Patna. The BDM will be responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with clients, identifying new opportunities, and achieving revenue growth. Responsibilities include market research, lead generation, client presentations, negotiating contracts, and monitoring market trends to develop strategies for business expansion. The role also involves effective collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in business development, sales, and client relationship management
- Ability to perform market research, lead generation, and identify growth opportunities
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in healthcare or diagnostic lab services is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field; MBA is preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
