Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager (IT Sales) located in Jaipur. As a BDM for IT Sales, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, managing client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Key tasks include understanding customer needs, creating proposals, presenting tailored solutions based on services offered, and negotiating contracts. You will be working closely with internal teams to align sales strategies with overall company goals while keeping an eye on market trends and opportunities.

  • Proven experience in business development, client acquisition, and sales in the IT field.
  • Strong understanding of custom app development, website development, AI solutions, and digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create detailed proposals, analyze market trends, and develop sales strategies effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and a results-driven approach to achieve sales targets.
  • Relevant experience in managing client relationships and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced environment.
