About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to support our sales and client acquisition efforts. This role offers a structured pathway from internship to a full-time position based on performance.
The primary focus of this role will be outbound calling and lead conversion, making it ideal for candidates who are confident communicators and interested in building a career in sales.
Key Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce company services
- Generate and qualify leads through calling and other channels
- Follow up with prospects and maintain consistent communication
- Understand client requirements and pitch relevant solutions
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and conversions
- Assist the business development team in daily sales activities
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of clients
Qualifications & Skills- Strong interest in sales, business development, and client handling
- Good verbal communication skills (English + regional language preferred)
- Confident in speaking over phone calls (this is the core requirement)
- Basic understanding of sales or willingness to learn
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Organized and able to manage multiple leads
- BBA / MBA (pursuing or completed) preferred, but not mandatory
