Job Description

Role & responsibilities:-

  • Identify agencies/agents with high business potential to recruit quality agents/Empanelment brokers to drive business.
  • Provide daily information on club status, update them on new guidelines of the company to generate fresh leads.
  • Define targets for agents on month-on-month basis to give increase sales numbers.
  • Follow up with the channel and broker to timely renew the policies and encourage them increase online renewals.
