Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a US Account Manager specializing in Debt Collection and Transition Management. The position is located in Noida. The Account Manager will oversee client accounts, manage debt recovery processes, and coordinate transitions while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. Responsibilities include communicating with clients, tracking account performance, resolving disputes, and preparing regular reports. Qualifications
Strong knowledge and experience in Debt Collection, Account Management, and client relations
Exceptional Communication and Negotiation skills
Proficiency in Data Analysis, Reporting, and MS Office tools
Experience in Process Improvement and Transition Management
Understanding of US regulations related to debt collection
Ability to work in a client-focused, deadline-driven environment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; relevant certifications are a plus
