Business Development Manager

Location: Mumbai

Salary: ₹50,000/month

Experience: 2-3 years

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and market research.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within a marketing agency.
  • Proven track record of successfully closing deals and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to pitch services effectively.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
