Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. The
successful candidate will be responsible for the development and implementation of sales
strategies to grow our business, including the identification of new business opportunities,
the
negotiation of contracts, and the management of customer relationships.
Responsibilities
Client Relationship & Business Development
Prospecting new clients through cold calling, networking, attending trade shows, etc.
Maintaining and growing existing business by making presentations; explaining service
benefits; upselling, etc.
Preparing proposals and presentations
Managing sales resources within their scope
Collaborating with GKAMs and KAMs on key account development
Collaborate on high value-added service development
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed business targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Negotiate and finalize contracts with potential clients and ensure successful
implementation of service delivery.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to maximize repeat business.
Enter client details and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Monitor and track sales activities and maintain regular reporting to management.
Follow the process of document approval and ensure that all records are accurately
archived.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and other sales materials as needed.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our services and
network with potential clients.
Provide feedback to management on industry trends and customer needs to drive
innovation and service improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.

Work Experience
4+ years experience in (preferred automotive industry) selling to Tier 1 automotive parts
manufacturers and/or general manufacturers and/or OEM accounts OR experience in
business development, sales, or a related field in the service industry.
Experience selling services preferred
Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Engineering / Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Knowledge of inspection services and supplier development activities is preferred.
Flexible and willing to work in Matrix organisation structure
Willingness and ability to travel extensively, as needed to meet with clients and attend
