Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Business Development Manager (BDM) located on-site in Faridabad. The BDM will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building relationships with healthcare providers and clients, and driving revenue growth majorly thru B2B network. Tasks include developing strategic plans, executing sales strategies, managing partnerships, and tracking performance metrics to meet or exceed sales targets. The role will also involve coordination with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and provide feedback for continual improvement in services. Experience in B2B diagnostic sales is must to have.

  • Business Development, Account Management, and Strategic Planning skills
  • Sales Strategy, Negotiation, and Relationship Management capabilities
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze trends, generate reports, and execute data-driven decisions
  • Experience in the healthcare or diagnostics industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
