Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager (BDM) specialized in ERP/HR software domain based out of Bengaluru, Mumbai, New Delhi, Guguram and Chennai.

Mandatory Skills:

• 4+ years of relevant experience in software Business Development Lifecycle from lead identificaton to signign the contract as Customer Success Managers
• Must have highly professional and self-motivational skills to achive 100% YOY growth
• Proven Software demonstration, Estimation and custom proposal making skills
• Ready for extensive travcel to client locations
• A proven go-getter to achive set targets
• Expert in complete BD lifecycle process from large corporate Lead generation until contract signing and further relations management for up-sellng and cross-selling

Qualifications

• A qualified Gradudate/PG with 4+ years of Software BD experience
• Proven communicaiton and with excellent writing skills
