Job Description - Enterprise Sales (Business Development Manager)

Pay up to 10 LPA

Position:Enterprise Sales BDM

Location:JMD Megapolis, Sohna Road, Sector 48-Gurgaon

Shift Timing:3 AM to 12 PM (Monday to Friday)

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3-7 years of experience inEnterprise Sales / B2B Sales / Project Sales.
  • Experience selling to builders, contractors, developers, or large corporate clients is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (fluent English required).
  • Ability to build long-term professional relationships.
  • Experience managing technical discussions or project-based sales is desirable.
  • Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and target orientation.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Research mindset to find, manage, retain, identify and ,qualify new enterprise opportunities and partnerships.
  • Saas Sales Background having covered Hunting, Farming, nurturing, and closure.
  • Lead Generation, Pipeline management.
  • Exposure to bidding Portals,Proposals.
  • Exposure to tools and techniques like Sales Navigator etc.
  • Patience in Closing deals.
