1. Social Media Executive

• Manage Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn
• Create posts, reels & stories
• Basic Canva/Adobe Express & ChatGPT knowledge
• Creative mindset and good communication

2. Client Engagement & Counselling Executive (CECE)

• Handle calls, meetings & follow-ups
• Understand client requirements and explain services
• Build client relationships and convert genuine enquiries
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

3. Executive Assistant to Director & Business Operations Executive

• Support the Director with meetings, documentation & follow-ups
• Coordinate with clients, employees & partners
• Assist with administration, HR, recruitment & business operations
• Strong organisation, confidentiality and multitasking skills

4. Business Development Manager (BDM)

• Generate new business opportunities
• Client meetings, networking & relationship building
• Lead generation, proposals, negotiations & follow-ups
• Strong communication, sales and negotiation skills

₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month, based on role, skills and suitability.

The first month will be a structured on-the-job training and evaluation period. Successful candidates may continue with the applicable salary package based on role and performance.

Location: Virugambakkam, Chennai (Candidates in and around 5 Kms are preferred)
