Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager (BDM) role based in Malappuram. The BDM will identify and develop new business opportunities, drive student enrollments, and build strong relationships with schools, colleges, coaching centers, and other partners. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and meeting potential clients, conducting presentations and counselling sessions, and promoting Catalyst Education's programs to relevant audiences. The role also involves tracking sales pipelines, preparing reports, collaborating with marketing for campaigns and events, and ensuring an excellent experience for prospective learners and their families. The BDM will work closely with internal teams to meet enrollment targets and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the organization.

• Proven skills in business development, client acquisition, and relationship management, preferably in the education or training sector.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, with the confidence to interact with students, parents, and institutional partners.
• Experience in sales planning, pipeline management, and basic CRM or lead management tools.
• Ability to analyze local market trends, identify new opportunities, and execute outreach activities and events.
• Self-motivated, target-driven mindset with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
• Comfort working on-site in Malappuram and willingness to travel locally for meetings, events, and partnerships.
• Prior experience in edtech, coaching institutes, or professional course admissions is an advantage.
