Infocomx – is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented BDM - Business Development Manager / Inside Sales team to join our growing ERP Sales team.

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 1–3 Years

Salary: 15,000 – 25,000/month + Attractive Performance-Based Incentives

Job Type: Full-Time

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate ERP sales leads

• Introduce and explain ERP to prospects

• Identify customer requirements and qualify leads

• Schedule ERP product demos and business meetings

• Regularly follow up with prospects and maintain customer relationships

• Manage and update CRM records, follow-ups, and lead status

• Coordinate with the Business Development & Sales team

• Achieve monthly calling, lead generation, and sales support targets

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Good English + Telugu communication; Hindi is an advantage.

Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone

Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Excel & MS Office

Good convincing and follow-up skills

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Target-oriented and interested in building a career in IT / ERP Sales
