Candidates should ideally be from the healthcare sector or must have some basic knowledge or experience of that sector.
Role Overview:
The Business Development Manager will drive franchise expansion, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth through market development, alliance management, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard franchise partners to expand business presence.
- Build and manage relationships with franchisees, retail partners, and alliance stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategic alliances, partnerships, and collaborations.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities in retail and healthcare sectors.
- Support franchise partners in business planning, operations, and performance improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams for onboarding, training, and ongoing partner support.
- Achieve franchise acquisition, alliance, and revenue targets.
- Represent the organization at industry events, trade fairs, and exhibitions.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in franchise development, expansion, and management.
- Strong background in retail trade and alliance building.
- Exposure to the healthcare or medical sector preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
Qualifications:
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- MBA preferred.
