Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Asansol

Experience: 3–8 years (Franchise Development / Retail Trade / Strategic Alliances)

Salary: 2.16 LPA

Candidates should ideally be from the healthcare sector or must have some basic knowledge or experience of that sector.

Role Overview:

The Business Development Manager will drive franchise expansion, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth through market development, alliance management, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard franchise partners to expand business presence.
  • Build and manage relationships with franchisees, retail partners, and alliance stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute strategic alliances, partnerships, and collaborations.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities in retail and healthcare sectors.
  • Support franchise partners in business planning, operations, and performance improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for onboarding, training, and ongoing partner support.
  • Achieve franchise acquisition, alliance, and revenue targets.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, trade fairs, and exhibitions.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in franchise development, expansion, and management.
  • Strong background in retail trade and alliance building.
  • Exposure to the healthcare or medical sector preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • MBA preferred.
