- Oversee the sales process to attract new clients.
- Responsible for client communication and generating business via portals like Upwork, Guru, Linked In, and PPH.
- Knowledge of online bidding portals ( Web Guru, freelancer, etc)
- Research organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets.
- Managing client relationships, as well as developing new business from clients and handling the complete end to end sales cycle right from negotiation to closure
- Should have good writing skills for quotes and proposals
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company's Services
- Handling customer queries and providing required solutions, handling Pre and post-sales
activities coordinating with clients and executives to close the leads and convert them into sales.
- Responsible for maintaining long-term business planning & relationships with clients.
- Should have excellent experience in lead generation and prospect management.
- Should have expertise in market research with good analytical & time management skills.
