We are hiring for BDM/AGM/GM (Corporate sales) with a leading Insurance broking Industry at Mumbai/Chennai/Delhi/Bangalore location.

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
Should have experience in dealing with EB & Non-EB (GMC, GPA, GTL, Fire, Burglary, Marine, Liability, Property, etc)
Identify and engage corporate leads to build relationships, attending meetings and drive deal closures.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and operations, to develop customized solutions for clients.
Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to network and promote the company's services.
Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for innovation.
Skill Set required:
Postgraduate, specialization – Marketing.
Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related field.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and deadlines.
Should have team handling experience.
