Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive (BDE) role based in Egmore. The BDE will focus on identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and driving growth by generating leads and closing deals. Responsibilities also include market research, preparing proposals, coordinating with the sales and marketing teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction for sustained growth. The role will require a proactive and organized approach to meet targets and contribute to the company's success.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining customer relationships
• Sales expertise, including lead generation and deal closure capabilities
• Market research and analytical skills for identifying opportunities and trends
• Strategic planning and proposal development experience
• Ability to work on-site in a dynamic and collaborative environment
• Relevant experience in software or technology sales is highly advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
