Role Description

We are seeking a Business Development Executive (BDE) for the US shift. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The BDE will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, generating leads, and effectively presenting the company's recruitment and marketing services. Additional responsibilities include preparing proposals, conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve targets and contribute to the growth of the business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, client acquisition, and sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct market research and identify new opportunities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience in recruitment or marketing domains is an added advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a US shift schedule and meet targets effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
