Role Overview

We are looking for energetic and motivated Inside Sales / Business Development Executives to join our growing team.

In this role, you will interact with potential clients, understand their international trade requirements, and present tailored solutions using our AI-powered trade analytics platform.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who want to build a career in sales, business development, and international trade technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with inbound leads and conduct outbound calls and emails to generate new business opportunities.
• Understand client requirements and present solutions using our trade analytics platform.
• Qualify prospects and schedule online product demonstrations or meetings with decision-makers.
• Maintain strong relationships with potential clients and nurture leads through the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to stay updated on product features, pricing, and offerings.
• Track market trends, competitor offerings, and industry insights to support sales positioning.

Key Responsibilities

• 0–3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Customer Interaction roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to AI-driven analytics tools
• Confident, persuasive, and consultative approach toward selling
