Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive (BDE) role based in Surat. The BDE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and lead generation, preparing proposals, presenting tailored technology solutions, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to align client needs with company offerings. The BDE will also attend industry events and stay informed about market trends to expand business opportunities.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales, business development, and client relationship management skills
  • Basic understanding of technology solutions, preferably in the diamond and jewellery industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both verbal and written
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets
  • Proficiency in creating proposals, negotiating deals, and closing sales
  • Networking and lead generation skills in a B2B or technology-driven environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience within the diamond and jewellery industry or familiarity with its workflows is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with problem-solving abilities and a results-driven approach
