About The Opportunity

We operate in the Recruitment Consultancy and Talent Acquisition sector, delivering staffing, RPO and retained search solutions to enterprise and mid-market clients across industry verticals. Our teams combine consultative sales, digital sourcing, and delivery-first recruitment to solve hiring challenges at scale. This is a remote India-based role focused on new client acquisition, revenue growth and long-term client relationships.

Primary Job Title: Business Development Executive Recruitment Consultancy

Role & Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify and convert B2B clients for recruitment and staffing services; manage the full sales cycle from outreach to contract signature.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline in CRM; forecast accurately and hit monthly/quarterly acquisition and revenue targets.
  • Perform market mapping and client research to create tailored staffing proposals (contingent, retained, RPO) and commercial models.
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to align delivery timelines, SLAs and onboarding; ensure smooth handover from sales to delivery.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, prepare service agreements and secure renewals/expansions with a focus on client lifetime value.
  • Track KPIs, maintain activity logs, and continuously refine outreach, messaging and targeting based on performance data.

Additional Qualifications

  • Proven track record: 2+ years in business development or sales within recruitment, staffing or talent solutions (mid-market/enterprise focus preferred).
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience preparing proposals and negotiating service agreements.
  • Comfortable working remotely across Indian time zones; strong discipline for self-directed pipeline development.
