Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive (BDE) role located in Rajkot. The BDE will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building long-term relationships with clients, and promoting Micra Digital's portfolio of services. Additional responsibilities include preparing and delivering presentations, conducting market research, closing sales, and contributing to the company's overall growth and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and marketing skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, and sales strategy implementation
• Proficiency in preparing presentations and delivering pitches to prospective clients
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
• Knowledge of ERP systems (such as Odoo), SaaS solutions, and digital marketing services is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
