Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Revenue & Growth marketing Manager to accelerate revenue growth by driving strategic sales initiatives in India. This role requires a results-driven professional with strong expertise in client acquisition, deal closures, and revenue generation, ideally within the media ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth by managing the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing
  • Build and expand partnerships with media agencies, brands, and advertisers
  • Generate new business opportunities and convert them into high-value deals
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets with a focus on ₹1 crore+ deals
  • Develop strategic sales plans aligned with business goals
  • Deliver impactful presentations and pitches to senior stakeholders
  • Strengthen long-term client relationships and ensure repeat business
  • Monitor industry trends to identify new growth opportunities

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships
  • Prior experience in media, advertising, or digital marketing industry preferred
  • Strong ability to close large deals and generate substantial revenue
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to handle high-pressure sales targets
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset
