Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth by managing the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing
- Build and expand partnerships with media agencies, brands, and advertisers
- Generate new business opportunities and convert them into high-value deals
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets with a focus on ₹1 crore+ deals
- Develop strategic sales plans aligned with business goals
- Deliver impactful presentations and pitches to senior stakeholders
- Strengthen long-term client relationships and ensure repeat business
- Monitor industry trends to identify new growth opportunities
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships
Prior experience in media, advertising, or digital marketing industry preferred
Strong ability to close large deals and generate substantial revenue
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to handle high-pressure sales targets
