BDE Manager- Cloud Services

Role Overview

As a BDE Manager – Cloud Services you will lead a team of Azure & GCP solution specialists and architects supporting presales engagements. You will be responsible for driving solution excellence, team capability development, and successful customer outcomes by aligning business needs with scalable Azure & GCP architectures.

Key Resposnibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Azure & GCP solution architects and presales specialists
• Own presales strategy and solution quality for cloud opportunities
• Guide complex customer engagements and act as a trusted technical advisor
• Drive standard architectures, best practices, and cost‑optimized designs
• Partner with sales teams on pursuits, RFPs, proposals, PoCs, and deal shaping
• Ensure smooth handover from presales to delivery teams
• Build strong customer relationships, including executive engagements
• Promote innovation, certifications, and continuous learning within the team

• Strong background in Azure & GCP solution architecture and presales
• Proven people leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills
• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, security, identity, and DevOps
• Experience with cloud migrations, modernization, and governance
• Ability to balance technical strategy, business outcomes, and team success
• Confident communicator with customer‑facing and executive presentation skills
• Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid environments
• Exposure to global or distributed teams
• Commercial and deal‑shaping experience
