Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mohali district for a Business Development Executive - IT US Process. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, managing accounts, and building strong client relationships. This includes contributing to IT sales, conducting market research, developing strategies, and coordinating with internal teams to meet client requirements and achieve business goals.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in IT Sales and a strong understanding of Information Technology.
  • Experience in Lead Generation and Account Management to drive new business opportunities and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Proven ability to strategize and deliver results in a business development or sales role.
  • Relevant academic qualifications, preferably a degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in the US process or a similar international market is an added advantage.
