This is a full-time on-site Business Development Executive role, located in Mohpa. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring clients for IT services in the US market, contributing to lead generation, and managing client relationships. Daily responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, communicating with potential and existing clients, understanding customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions. Additional responsibilities may involve handling network-related issues and providing technical consultations as required.

• Proficiency in Network Administration and Network Security to ensure seamless integration and protection of technical solutions.
• Strong knowledge and practical skills in Information Technology and Troubleshooting for efficient problem resolution.
• Excellent Customer Service skills, including communication and relationship management, to foster client satisfaction and retention.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members to deliver tailored and effective IT solutions.
• Familiarity with the US IT market and proven track record in business development or sales within the IT industry is an added advantage.
• Relevant certification or a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
