We Are Hiring – Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are looking for a result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) who will handle the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure. If you're passionate about sales and growth, this is a great opportunity to build your career in the IT services industry.

Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: Noida

Salary: Attractive + Incentives

Experience: Minimum 1 year (Freshers & Interns can also apply)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through the software/ portals and convert them into business opportunities
  • Manage end-to-end sales process -IT services (Web, App, Digital Marketing)
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Drive sales for Web Development, Mobile App Development & Digital Marketing services
  • Achieve the monthly/ Quarterly targets.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of IT services (Web, App, Digital Marketing)
  • Knowledge of lead generation tools & techniques
  • Good negotiation and closing skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
