Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads/opportunities for the company and further drive them to Closure.
  • Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts.
  • Building business relationships with current and potential clients.
  • Maintaining and updating sales, marketing and business development documentation.
  • Assisting with marketing and promotional projects.
  • Collaborating with management on sales goals.
  • Support the team with other responsibilities as required.
  • Ensure 100% CRM and Timesheet adherence and updating.

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in IT sales who have strong experience in appointment generation.
  • Should be a graduate with B2B sales experience, preferably in the USA / UK market.
  • Generate a minimum of 20 qualified leads per month.
  • Should have carried revenue goal as the most important metric with a proven track record in attaining the target over the last 4 quarters in the previous role
  • Should be able to articulate the value proposition and deliver presentations to the prospect.
  • Prior experience of managing sales campaigns and executing them by self and through his/her team would be an added advantage.
  • Should be willing to demonstrate selling skills in a fast-paced sales environment by taking complete ownership of day-to-day activities and eventually meet the quarterly goals by winning new clients.
  • A good understanding of technologies such as Open Source, front-end technologies, Content Management Systems, Mobile, QA/ Testing would be an added advantage.
  • Focused on producing results without being supervised.
