Job Overview:We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Data Research and Lead Generation Specialist to support our sales and marketing team.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of online research tools and techniques.

You will play a critical role in helping the business grow by providing valuable insights that lead to customer acquisition and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation: Identify potential leads through online research, databases, industry publications, social media, and other sources.
  2. Generate new sales leads for B2B customers based on target criteria such as industry, company size, job title, and geography.
  3. Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and ensure they align with the company's ideal customer profile. Use outreach strategies (e.g., cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn messaging) to establish initial contact with leads.
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to prioritize and pass on qualified leads for follow-up and nurturing.
  5. Data Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough research on potential clients, industries, and market trends to identify new opportunities for business growth.
  6. Use various research tools (LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Crunchbase, etc.) to collect data and provide insights into potential prospects.
  7. CRM Management: Update and maintain lead and prospect information in the CRM system (e.g., BitRix). Ensure data accuracy and completeness in the CRM, enabling the sales team to make informed decisions.
  8. Reporting & Metrics: Track lead generation and conversion metrics and provide regular reports to the management team.

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: Fresher 0 to 1 years of experience in data research, lead generation, or sales development roles. Experience using lead generation tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io, lusha, Apollo.io, SalesQl etc.).

Familiarity with CRM systems. Analytical Skills: Strong research skills with the ability to gather relevant data and extract actionable insights.

Ability to analyze market trends and customer data to identify new lead opportunities.

Educational Background: Masters/bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
