Job Description

We are Hiring: Business Development Executive – IT Services & AI Solutions
Are you an ambitious sales professional with experience in selling IT services If you enjoy building client relationships, understanding business problems, and pitching tech-driven solutions—this role is for you.
Location: Mumbai (Mumbai-based candidates only)
Experience: 2 – 4 Years
Work Mode: Hybrid
CTC: Up to 5 LPA + Performance-based Incentives
What You'll Do
Drive new business opportunities for IT services and AI-led solutions
Pitch and sell offerings such as mobile app development, web applications, custom ERP solutions, Salesforce services, and AI automation
Identify potential clients through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals
Manage the complete sales cycle – from lead generation to closure
Understand client requirements and propose tailored technology solutions
Build long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
Work closely with tech/delivery teams for solution alignment
What We're Looking For
✔️ 2–4 years of experience in IT services sales
✔️ Exposure to selling software development or digital solutions
✔️ Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
✔️ Ability to understand business use cases and map them to tech solutions
✔️ Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to grow in tech sales
