Job Description

Role & responsibilities

The Business Development Associate is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. This role involves researching potential clients, building relationships, generating leads, and supporting the sales team in closing deals. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, results-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Identify and research potential clients and target markets.

Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email marketing, social media, and networking events.

Qualify leads and assess their potential for business.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and prospects in the CRM system.

Relationship Building:

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

Conduct initial consultations and presentations to introduce the company's products or services.

Attend industry events and conferences to network and build relationships.

Sales Support:

Support the sales team in preparing proposals and presentations.

Assist in the negotiation and closing of deals.

Provide market feedback and insights to the sales and marketing teams.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth on-boarding of new clients
