About The Opportunity

Mindtel is a fast-scaling B2B tech and services enabler empowering leading e-commerce brands across India with growth, customer acquisition, and market expansion strategies. We partner with high-impact online marketplaces, D2C brands, and logistics-first e-commerce platforms to scale revenue through strategic business development and channel partnerships. Our team operates at the intersection of digital commerce, sales execution, and regional market dynamics.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and onboard new e-commerce brands and marketplaces across Tier 1 & 2 cities in India.
  • Develop and execute territory-specific business development strategies to accelerate client acquisition and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal product and marketing teams to tailor pitch decks, case studies, and ROI models for e-commerce clients.
  • Conduct discovery calls, demo presentations, and contract negotiations with e-commerce decision-makers (founders, growth leads, CMOs).
  • Track and report pipeline velocity, conversion metrics, and market feedback to leadership weekly.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the Indian e-commerce ecosystem — including Shopify Plus, Amazon Sellers, Flipkart Accelerator, and regional D2C networks.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Proven experience in B2B business development within the Indian e-commerce space (marketplaces, SaaS for e-commerce, D2C brands)
  • Strong CRM usage (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho)
  • Proficiency in sales outreach tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist, Mailshake)
  • Ability to structure ROI-backed proposals and pitch decks
  • Experience in contract negotiation and SOW creation
  • Fluency in English and Hindi (or regional language depending on territory)

Preferred

  • Exposure to e-commerce tech stacks (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, ERP integrations)
  • Track record of closing 5+ enterprise e-commerce deals in 12 months
  • Experience working with venture-backed or hyper-growth e-commerce startups
