Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Business Development Executive (BDE) - Freshers position. The role involves identifying and generating new business opportunities, communicating with potential clients, understanding customer needs, and managing relationships. The candidate will assist in creating proposals, conducting market research, and providing support to senior business development staff to achieve growth objectives. Responsibilities also include maintaining client databases, participating in sales meetings, and following up on leads to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for understanding customer needs and client interaction
• Basic understanding of business development concepts, market research, and relationship management
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to maintain client databases
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to onsite work requirements
• Problem-solving skills, organizational skills, and a goal-oriented approach
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous internship experience in a similar domain is a plus but not mandatory
