Business Development Executive (BDE) On-site, India. We are hiring freshers who are eager to start a high-growth sales career in recruitment/HR services. This role focuses on outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales pipeline from initial contact to handover.
Role & Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and generate qualified leads through cold calling, targeted email outreach, and social touchpoints.
- Qualify inbound and outbound prospects against target criteria and book discovery calls or demos for senior sales colleagues.
- Maintain accurate lead, contact, and activity data in the CRM and update pipeline stages to reflect real-time progress.
- Collaborate with recruitment specialists and account teams to ensure smooth handover and follow-up on qualified opportunities.
- Achieve weekly and monthly outreach KPIs (call volume, meetings booked, conversion rates) and contribute to team targets.
- Prepare concise pipeline reports and feedback on market trends, objections, and product fit to improve outreach effectiveness.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Graduate (any discipline) with strong verbal communication skills in English.
- Comfortable with on-site work at an India office and flexible to travel locally when needed.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce / HubSpot / Zoho) and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking outreach metrics and simple reporting.
- Motivated, target-driven mindset with a willingness to learn consultative selling techniques.
- Ability to manage time, prioritize outreach sequences, and follow structured sales playbooks.
Preferred
- Internship or prior exposure to sales, recruitment, or telesales roles.
- Experience with email automation tools or sequences (e.g., Mailchimp, Outreach).
- Additional language proficiency relevant to local markets.
