Job Description: Inside Sales Executive (Onsite, India)

Monthly Compensation: INR 20,000 - 25,000

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate and qualify new sales opportunities.
  • Qualify leads, document details, and prioritize prospects in the CRM.
  • Schedule product demos and calls for senior sales teams.
  • Maintain the sales pipeline, track metrics, and progress opportunities.
  • Execute targeted email campaigns and collaborate with marketing teams.

Qualifications(Must-Have)

  • Strong verbal English and persuasive phone skills for B2B sales.
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound calls.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and basic spreadsheet skills.
  • Results-driven mindset and willingness to learn.

Preferred

  • Experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or customer-facing roles.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
  • Background in B2B prospecting or lead generation.
