Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate and qualify new sales opportunities.
- Qualify leads, document details, and prioritize prospects in the CRM.
- Schedule product demos and calls for senior sales teams.
- Maintain the sales pipeline, track metrics, and progress opportunities.
- Execute targeted email campaigns and collaborate with marketing teams.
Qualifications(Must-Have)
- Strong verbal English and persuasive phone skills for B2B sales.
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound calls.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and basic spreadsheet skills.
- Results-driven mindset and willingness to learn.
Preferred
- Experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or customer-facing roles.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
- Background in B2B prospecting or lead generation.
