Business Development Executive (Entry Level)

About The Opportunity

We operate in the Talent & Career Development sector, building solutions that connect early-career professionals with growth opportunities across India. Your role will sit at the intersection of sales, candidate outreach, and client engagementhelping scale revenue and employer relationships through on-site, high-impact business development activities.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify new business opportunities using outbound channelscold calls, targeted email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreachto build a consistent sales funnel.
  • Manage leads and update records in CRM daily; track activity, follow-ups, and deal stages to maintain a healthy pipeline.
  • Book and qualify discovery and demo meetings for senior sales colleagues; own initial client conversations to surface needs and fit.
  • Collaborate with marketing to convert inbound interest into qualified opportunities and provide feedback on messaging and campaigns.
  • Prepare concise proposals and meeting briefs; coordinate timely handoffs to Account Executives and Delivery teams.
  • Meet weekly and monthly KPIs (calls, connects, qualified meetings) and report pipeline metrics to the on-site sales manager.
