Job Description

A growth-focused role in the Recruitment & Staffing / HR Consulting sector supporting B2B client acquisition and talent-placement services. This on-site position is India-based and centers on building new client relationships, qualifying opportunities, and driving early-stage sales motions for professional services and staffing solutions.

Primary job title (standardized): Business Development Executive (BDE)

Role & Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify new business leads through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement to build a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Maintain and update CRM records daily to track prospect status, next steps, and conversion metrics.
  • Book meetings and demos for the senior sales team and follow up to progress opportunities through the sales funnel.
  • Conduct targeted market and account research to identify decision-makers and tailor outreach strategies.
  • Hit weekly and monthly outreach and appointment-setting targets; adapt messaging based on performance data.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and delivery teams to refine value propositions and support proposal preparation.
