Key Resposibilities

• Identify and qualify new B2B business opportunities.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, referrals, and other channels.
• Connect with CXOs and key decision-makers to understand business requirements.
• Schedule client meetings and coordinate with internal consulting teams.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and client-facing documents.
• Maintain CRM records, lead trackers, and follow-up activities.
• Build long-term client relationships and contribute to business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
• MBA/PGDM preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, Consulting Sales, or Market Research.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, LinkedIn, and CRM tools.
