Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Executive (BDE) based in Chennai, where some work from home is permissible. The BDE will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, creating and executing strategic business plans, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Additional duties include market research, tracking industry trends, preparing pitch presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to conduct detailed market research and data analysis
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities to build and sustain client relationships
- Experience in Business Planning and strategy development to achieve growth objectives
- Proficiency in Project Management to oversee client engagements and ensure smooth execution
- Proven Sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Self-motivated, with a growth mindset and drive for professional development
- Prior experience in business development within an e-learning or technology domain is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
