Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Business Development Executive/Manager (BDE/BDM) role, located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The primary responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, driving sales, and achieving revenue targets. The candidate will plan and execute business development strategies, communicate with clients, and collaborate with internal teams to close deals and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Business Development and Sales skills, including client relationship management and closing deals
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strategic planning, problem-solving, and time management abilities
• Knowledge of IT training or related technology industries is beneficial
• Proficiency in customer interaction and handling objections effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
