This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive/Manager (BDE/BDM) based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The responsibilities include identifying and pursuing business opportunities, managing client relationships, and developing effective sales strategies. The role also involves market research, lead generation, negotiation, and driving sustainable growth by building strong relationships with partners and clients.

• Strong business development and sales skills including lead generation, client acquisition, and account management
• Proficiency in market research, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and negotiation
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive, results-oriented attitude
• Understanding of IT training and certification industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
