Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for student counselling, course promotion, follow-up activities, and collection of pending payments related to distance education programs. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and students.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and interact with prospective candidates regarding available distance education courses.
• Explain course details, fee structure, admission procedures, and benefits to candidates.
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
• Maintain regular communication with students regarding pending fee payments.
• Collect pending amounts and ensure timely payment follow-ups.
• Maintain student and lead records in the CRM/system.
• Coordinate with internal departments for admission and documentation processes.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
• Ability to convince and counsel candidates professionally.
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM handling preferred).
• Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in education counselling, telecalling, or business development will be an added advantage.
• Candidates from education service or training industry preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
