About
We are looking for a proactive and energetic Business Development Executive-Adsales to join our team.
The role involves meeting brands, agencies, restaurants, local businesses, and corporates to promote advertising on Pickadspace digital screens installed at major KSRTC terminals as well as Pickadspace restaurant screens.
Work Mode - Field Work – visiting clients including restaurants, retail outlets, clinics, showrooms, and agencies.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and approach potential clients including restaurants, cafés, retail stores, clinics, educational institutes, brands, and agencies.
• Sell advertising on Pickadspace KSRTC terminal screens and Pickadspace restaurant screens.
• Conduct regular field visits to pitch Pickadspace's digital advertising solutions
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable media plans.
• Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation → meeting → proposal → closure.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Coordinate with operations and creative teams for smooth campaign execution.
• Track sales activity, prepare reports, and meet monthly revenue targets.
• Stay updated on market trends and active advertisers in the city.
Requirements
• 2-4 years experience in Ad Sales / Media Sales / Field sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Two-wheeler and driving license mandatory.
