WE'RE HIRING | BDA – RENEWALS | INDIA & GCC MARKET

We're looking for Business Development Associates to join our Renewals team and work with customers across the India & GCC markets.

Work Mode: Work From Home

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Markets: India & GCC

Requirements

• Graduation is mandatory

• Freshers can apply

• Sales/EdTech experience will be an added advantage

• Strong English communication skills are mandatory

• Good convincing, negotiation & objection-handling skills

• Personal laptop is mandatory

• Stable Wi-Fi & power backup required

• Comfortable working with sales/renewal targets

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with existing customers and drive renewals

• Understand customer requirements and address concerns

• Handle objections and negotiate effectively

• Follow up with customers and close renewals

• Maintain customer details and follow-ups in CRM

• Build strong customer relationships

• Achieve assigned renewal targets
