Job Description

Role: Business Development Associate

Mode : Work from home(Remote)

Qualification: Must be graduated/post graduated (currently not pursuing any degree)

Must have : 1-2 years of experience in client facing role /sales I Have a laptop & stable wifi connection I K-12 knowledge

Preferred : Immediate joiner

CTC : 4.5 lpa fixed + incentives (GCC / Renewals India)

Working days : 6 days a week I Rotational week off I Sat-Sun mandatory working

Working hrs: 9 hrs

Role Summary

As a Business Development Associate at Bhanzu, you will play a key role in driving the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting the sales process. This is an entry-level position ideal for fresh graduates who are enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities

Reach out to potential customers and explain Bhanzu's offerings.

Schedule and conduct product demonstrations for prospective clients.

Maintain and update the CRM with accurate information.

Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets.

Build and nurture relationships with clients for long-term engagement.

Gather feedback from clients and communicate it to internal teams for process improvement.

Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align business development efforts.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities

Required Skills & Qualifications(Mandatory Requirements)

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (recent graduates encouraged to apply).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

High level of enthusiasm and self-motivation.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in English & Hindi; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.

Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
