Key Responsibilities

Student Counseling: Guide prospective learners about career-oriented courses through calls and video consultations.

Sales & Revenue Generation: Convert leads into enrollments and contribute to revenue targets.

Event Participation: Take part in video counseling sessions, admission events, and tele-counseling initiatives.

What We re Looking For

  • Passionate Sales Professional Strong persuasion & relationship-building skills.
  • Target-Driven Mindset Ability to meet & exceed enrollment targets.
  • Excellent Communication Skills Ability to engage and advise prospective learners effectively.
  • Industry Awareness Prior experience in EdTech, Business Development, or Student Counseling preferred

Preferred Background

  • Candidates from EdTech, BFSI, FMCG, or Retail Sales background.
  • Experience in B2C Sales, Admissions, or Career Counseling is a plus.
  • Prior exposure to telesales & video counselling is highly desirable.
