Job Summary

The BD Sr. Director will drive business development strategies and initiatives focusing on expanding market presence and enhancing client relationships. Responsibilities

  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams to drive project success.

Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of 15 years of experience in business development or related fields.
  • Demonstrate expertise in EBS-Human Resources and its application in business processes.
  • Exhibit strong analytical skills to assess market trends and identify opportunities.
  • Show proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Display excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Certifications Required

Certified Business Development Professional (CBDP) or equivalent certification in business development.
