Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients and drive revenue growth in the air and ocean freight forwarding sectors.
• Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, training, and mentorship to ensure achievement of sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction, identifying upselling opportunities, and resolving client issues efficiently.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to inform and refine sales strategies.
