Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and customer loyalty
  • Drive promotion and sales of products/services to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Generate new business leads and convert them into long-term clients
  • Identify short- and long-term growth opportunities for client accounts and the company
  • Prioritize clients, address concerns, and ensure quick and effective issue resolution
  • Communicate client requirements to relevant internal departments (product, marketing, support, etc.)
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations to showcase company products and services
  • Ensure the timely execution of all planned marketing and promotional activities

Candidate Profile:

  • Prior experience in the e-commerce or media industry is highly preferred
  • Proven track record in sales and business development
  • Strong communication skills – both verbal and written in English
  • A pleasing personality with client-facing confidence and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with internal teams
  • Proficiency in making client presentations and negotiating deals
