Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager to lead product sales across the Indian market for LetitbexAI's AI, Data, Automation, and Digital products. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B product sales, enterprise client acquisition, consultative selling, and revenue generation across mid-market and large enterprises
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end product sales for AI, Analytics, Automation, SaaS, and enterprise solutions
- Identify and acquire new clients across Healthcare, BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail, GCCs, and IT
- Build strong sales pipelines through lead generation, networking, and strategic outreach
- Conduct product demos, presentations, and consultative discussions with CXOs, HR Heads, CTOs, and business leaders
- Own proposal creation, pricing strategy, negotiation, and closure
- Collaborate with presales, delivery, and leadership teams for customized solutions
- Develop channel partners, alliances, and strategic partnerships within India
- Track market trends, competitor intelligence, and customer needs
- Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
Required Skills
- Strong B2B product sales experience in SaaS / IT / AI / Enterprise solutions
- Proven success in domestic enterprise sales and account management
- Expertise in lead generation, cold outreach, and sales closures
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Experience working with CRM tools, sales dashboards, and forecasting
- Ability to work with startup agility and growth mindset
